I have extensive experience of working with singers, at all levels.

I have coached at most of the major UK opera houses, as well as numerous on the continent, working one-to-one with many world-renowned singers. I have been a Professor at the Royal College of Music since 1996, working as coach in the Opera School and on the Masters Programme. I have been coaching on the Jette Parker Young Artists Programme at the Royal Opera House since 2018. I have recently coached on summer programmes including Glyndebourne Academy, British Youth Opera and Dartington.

I am a specialist in German repertoire and have conducted and assisted on all of the major Britten operas. My studio is in South East London. Please contact me if you would like a coaching session.
